The one thing that bothers me about Cymer's performance is that their accounts receiveables are around 90 days. Considering they have just 4 customers and their product is in hot demand, why aren't they getting paid in 30 days. In my business, a company that is late with their payments gets pushed to the bottom of the priority queue. If you're late paying me, I might be late sending you your next shipment.

Why should tiny Cymer be floating giant Cannon et al a 90 day loan? If Cymer could reduce their float they wouldn't have to borrow so much money to provide working capital. Their interst payments would be reduced and wallstreet would have an easier time believing that they really have market power.
