Glenn Beck nailed it this afternoon. It is fake outrage on the part of BOTH Ds and Rs. One idiot congressperson said she would tax them "1000%" if she could.

What about the law?

As Krauthammer pointed out yesterday, this isn't even constitutional (see "bill of attainder").

This is fascism at work. They're just not calling it that yet.
