RE "They have about $3.20 net cash per share" Huh? As of the last earnings report, Cash, cash equivalents, and restricted cash (current) was ~$23.65 million and shares were 15.836 million. That's ~1.49 per share! And that is no "net" figure. What are you subtracting to get the "net"??? If we subtract the DEBT, it's far less!
