The Black Swan is lurking. Be very careful not fighting the
Fed at this point. IMHO. It's the point when the Fed becomes
AIG, and the country goes down the tube like Argentina.

You think Russia, #4 reserve holder, loves having its rating cut?

You think China, #1 T-bond holder, loves the printing?

TIC flows major negative. Foreigners SOLD masses of agencies
to the Fed. They will commence selling the treasuries now.
This is where the World Feds diverge. IMHO.

The dollar is about to get sold in size. Everyone will get
rid of it now. This is the time to sell the Fed.
