SHhhh. . .everyone is holding their breath. . . in hopes the market continues its current pace and we make some money on the beaten downs before the next big shoe drops. At worst, a short-lived bear rally. The $300 billion Fed buy of Treasuries news is lifting most all boats. . . currently. How far will take us is the question. So far, so good. Everyone wants recovery. Could this be where we stage a recovery? Doubtful. Bottoms usually bring broad strength. This is mostly beaten down sector strength. Plus, there is so much bad news still ahead, and perhaps another round or two of sub-prime problems. But at this point, after so much blood-letting, we will take what we can get.
