Ed, thanks for your comment. I can relate to your "chickening out" ... fortunately did I increase my position on recent weakness of the share price further (around $0.67) The $39K per flowing barrel that Centrica paid for Venture (VPC.L) is a nice metric for companies that have no liquidity issues attached. Now I know what some firms in my folio should be worth at the very least <g> all the best CROSSY
