Joanie. 1.Go to out look express 2.click on tools 3. click on accounts 4.click on mail 5. click on properties to the left.6your pop3 should read POP3 email.msn.com the smpt should read SMPT email.msn.com enter both of these in the apprpriate boxes and it should work fine ps if this is not what is there now you may have to click on change and then the screen should come up w/ these options to enter David
