My point is that the PR does not provide the kind of followup news that I expected after the March 2 letter to shareholders. When Marcelli mentioned imminent action from the USPTO, I hoped he meant something new, not a summary of an office action issued in February. He also said we would hear from him at the end of March. If this is all we get, I'll be disappointed.

As you said, he hints at big things to come. A former boss of mine said, "We need rabbits, not rabbit tracks." Time for some meat.
