Sankar, thanks for the response. How do we know how much of the $300 MM debenture is held by B&S, and further, is this the trading convertible debenture or a complete private placement? It could have seniority over the convertible Deb, staright debs usually do. In that case, their interest would be just their own recapture and nothing else.
