This bonus flap is nothing but a red herring to take our eyes off the mismanagement of the administration and the congress. My bet is that money flowing from the taxpayer through the hands of the people who contractually earned the bonuses will have a more stimulative effect than that money flowing back to the government (through these illegal taxes). A government that proves over and over again that they can't manage money effectively.

I saw some guy talking on TV last night who pointed out that our government will spend more than 165M in legal fees trying to defend this legislation, and I believe that is perfectly correct. If it becomes law it HAS to go to the Supreme Court. Has to.
