Its going to go up to the USSC....groups like Judicial Watch and similar public interest groups will take it on pro bono if necessary...I think it is a dead bang winner...but more importantly, I'd like the circumstances investigated....how did the provision get pulled out of the original bill which would not have allowed the bonuses and who was behind that?
