I had to look up what that phrase referred to. It seems to me a whole lot of our tax code oughta be unconstitutional .... but apparently that passes constitutional muster. Be great if it didn't.

Its crazy what is going on. And its so obviously all a pose. I heard on the radio that Liddy had requested the recipients of the bonuses give all or half of them back and that some had done so already. Those guys could be stuck paying confiscatory taxes on something they'd given back ....
