Fine, let the execs take it to the Supreme Court. They ought to be fired anyway. Let them retire with their $165M in bonuses, if the court rules in their favor.

I just find it extremely disingenuous of the Obama administration to express outrage over this whole ordeal. What did they expect when they rushed the whole bailout package? What did they expect when they reward absolute failures with government assistance? And do they really think like Alghieri does, that this is just an "obsession over $165M"?

Must be why they're willing to pass Bills of Attainder to get that money back ...
