Tim, free edgar online.com and the reason I don't know who filed them is Iam not a paying member. Also after checking insidertrader.com which is also a free area somewhat! They list 2 insiders under S,N but their only selling 5,250 shares for 62,800. from what I figure the S stands for shareholder which is just someone who had debentures Your guess is as good as mine for what N stands for. I figure they just wanted to take some profits. what ever they post Iam hanging in there but I would rather see 13d than 144s.... Joe,
