The insurance company will reimburse me $200 per 6 months of gym membership. The catch is that I would actually have to go. They give you a log that you need to have signed at the gym. You need to accumulate 50 visits per 6 months to get the $200.

That's great. They should really publicize it... at worst they would get a much healthier group of policy holders.

The problem is that exercise buys you only so much. IMO, exercise is 20%, nutrition is 80%.

My guess is 50%; especially if it's daily exercise vs. couch potato.
