Here's Cramer's take on the situation, for those who didn't get to see it yet.

cnbc.com

Ironically, I just picked it up on another board where the poster I believe is the biggest internet hypocrite, the one who defended criminal vigilante shorting even after his guru and leader was convicted and is serving a decade in fed pen, and who is still sticking to his guns, defending the likes of Gary Weiss, who has been exposed as being so adamant in defending manipulative shorting that he has tried to "capture" the online "enclyclopedias," known as wikis, when it comes to these topics.

The moral grounding, or rather lack thereof, for these people is that he who controls the information, controls. I'm the only person banned on this person's internet litigation board, ostensibly because I brought up the topic of naked shorting years ago. I was told it was "off-topic." Yet, a high percentage of posts on his board defend naked shorting, claim it doesn't exist, or attack Byrne and others who have tried to expose these scams. The hypocrite and his associates so often whine about being banned on boards where they act as self-styled "cyber sleupps," but that's a story for another day. Hypocrites, nothing worse than an internet hypocrite.
