I'd like to further give credit to Cramer for pointing to double and triple ETF's and the derivative set-up of these funds as ways that the market is artifically manipulated. This makes money for the industry and is marketed as something that is "good" and wholesome.

Cramer suggests that any "fix" of the system would include the elimination of these ETF's and a careful review of the underlying derivative/counterparty nature of the underlying investments, which may very well amount to shorting without borrowing shares.
