"Has anyone see Bush lately? It's amazing. It is as if he never existed." There's a concerted effort on the part of the (R)'s not to mention him, and Bush himself seems perfectly happy to disappear. Jon Stewart on the Daily Show a while back pointed out that an (R) rep, talking about former presidents, referred to Bush as, "he who was president when the towers fell", after calling other presidents out by their NAMES! Not that any of the rest of us really want to think about the guy.
