No, no and no. When I say indigent, I could be talking about a guy who'd just been laid off and lost his health insurance.

There is no concept of preventive care for the uninsured in their scenario...not to mention that we pay for the catastrophic care for these people anyway. Look, they have no solutions...only criticism...they add nothing, change nothing, solve nothing.
