All those involved in creating the CDS which have caused the company to be insolvent should not get bonuses. They have breached their duty to the company and those contracts can be rescinded. If there are deserving folks in profitable sectors of the company then they should get bonuses. That said...as I said before....the gov. has forfeited its chance to recover these bonuses legally.... We should just move on. J.
