All those involved in creating the CDS which have caused the company to be insolvent should not get bonuses. They have breached their duty to the company and those contracts can be rescinded.

Liddy testified that those that could be recinded were. The rest had no provisions that allowed them to be recinded or that those people did good work despite the total result of the company is. Since he is getting paid a wopping $1 to run the company I believe him.

Do you really think you should punish good performers just because the company did not make a profit? They need to keep these people and incentive pay is a good way to do that.
