The crooks are the miners, er , the underminers of the credit system, who had to move their dirty business offshore, and the idiots were those in control who allowed them to do it. The rest of the idiots are those of us in the global village(the whole class of village idiots), who allow those in control to stay in control. Tough question for a Friday afternoon, but I tried to keep it concise.
