They are NOT going to fix the problems. If the problems do get fixed with them in charge, it will be because we kept AIG and the rest of the system propped up long enough for the bubble to reinflate, which will just lead to another crash sometime in the future.

What does that mean, "them in charge". Do you think the next cast of characters would not game a largely unregulated system....you seem to be making this personal to the folks in charge at the moment...the next set of characters would very likely do the same.
