GM's new Chevy Camaro to get 29 mpg on highway



DETROIT — General Motors Corp.'s top executive says the fuel economy of the new Chevrolet Camaro sports car is an example of how GM is paying closer attention to improving gas mileage.

Chief Executive Rick Wagoner says the V-6 version of the Camaro will get 29 miles per gallon on the highway, and a high performance SS model with a V-8 will get 25 miles per gallon.
