But they could ALWAYS do what Credit Suisse is doing now and pay their financial braniacs in the company's COMMON STOCK (there's an incentive that ties the employee to the company's future success!) instead of taxpayer-supplied cash bonuses, or pay them in the exact same complex financial derivatives that they are cooking up (which is the other option that C.S. is offering....)
