The guy is trying to paint a rosy picture of a city in a transit disaster. No he's countering false arguments about why its a transportation disaster. The facts show that "too much building of roads", "less transit than other cities", or "people in LA drive more than most other Americans" are not reasons. What reasons does he give for the traffic disaster in LA?
