James J.: Preferred shares, in the case of ISGI, anyway, are convertible into common shares that may or may not be salable by the convertor. In other words, even though they are converted, they may still be 144 Restricted for up to two or three years, therefore not salable.

Series M/N are the only Preferred receiving dividends and they stop when the Preferred is converted into common.

To my knowledge, the Preferred is distributed only by ISGI for acquisitions.
