Let me make sure I understand you correctly. You are saying that it is the United States fault for this incident because the Taser was made in the US?

What if the officer had a Bren? (The Bren is a firearm made in Canada by John Inglis Co., during WWII.) Would it be Canada's fault then?

What if he was shot with a Glock? Would we blame Austria?

I fail to comprehend why people place blame on a country/corporation instead of the individual who performed the act. I guess it is easier to play the role of a victim than take responsibility for your actions or lack thereof.
