If that guy continues with his sexual harassment, I suggest a TOU complaint. I for one would join you. His nonsense is annoying. I know you have attempted to rebuff or otherwise discourage his advances, he doesn't get the message. Your numerous posts of discouragement have had no affect on him.

TOU may be the only answer. He does little but attack everyone.
