Have a friend that use to work for BSC, he told me flat out these asset that backed the cds's are worth junk. Why would anyone managing a fund buy into a partnership with a government that hates Wall Street. Also we are only in the 3rd inning of this contraction cycle. Looking to reshort those banks that I covered last friday, JPM, COF, STT, and BK I still foresee a slow grind throughout the spring and summer. OSX looks to be setting up as great shrots, OIL will head back down as Dollar heads back up from oversold conditions.
