"I make my entry quickly, especially so when Stochastic JUST indicate an oversold condition and make a sell during a run-up when the RSI hit the sell line."

eddie:

I am new to TA, and understand an oversold stochastic. However, I am unsure when the RSI flashes a sell signal.

Could you please elaborate, with respect to the following chart.

Their definition is as follows:

"Conventionally, buy signals are triggered when RSI is in oversold (20-30) area, and sell signals are triggered when RSI is in overbought (70-80) area. RSI works better in a non-trending market than in a market with a clear and established trend."

Do you agree? Thanks in advance.
