It is precisely what is going to happen and CBO has clearly stated it. No nodie, it's not going to happen. It's like 'trickle down' under Bush, the stimulus will create so much more revenue that it will make up for the spending. It worked with the Bush tax cuts, didn't it? Besides, you have heard Obama say he going to cut stuff that isn't working.... take it to the bank. We actually have an honest President, I know it's hard to grasp that reality.
