A) PLENTY of quality people looking for work in financial services right now. ( No shortage. <g>)

Wrong there is a huge shortage. Everybody wants someone who has experience turning a company around. A turnaround specialist. They are in very short supply.

B) Like I already said --- NOTHING aligns a person's interests with the long-term performance of the company they work at quite as well as COMPANY STOCK. :-)

If you specialize in turning faile and bankrupt companies. You would not want stock or stock options. They tend to become worthless when the company goes under. If I were a multimillion dollar turnaround executive, I would work for Citibank or BOA, not AIG.
