Maurice Wahy does it seem that Loral does more work then G* when it comes to building this skybride. Who's project is GlobalStar anyway. G's or Lorals. And with G being down lately would the better investment be in LOR. I can buy twice as many shares? On Saturday Loral said they were in talks with China to provide components to the China Academy of Space Technology, while China's Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications was expected to act as a service provider for Loral's Globalstar, which makes a lower-orbit mobile communication system, he said.
