Well, Citi is up 300% from its lows. That is nuts but I don't know if the lows are nuts or the bounce off the lows is nuts.

It could go either way depending on how much flak the Geithner/Summers plan gets. I still don't see where they are going to get the rest of the money as 50% of the AIG bonus pool appears to have gone out and is not returning.
