Correct.

Some of the climate modeling computer programs seem to have the water vapor section commented out. (Will find specifics ... have them someplace).

Now just why would one want to forget about 90+% of the greenhouse effect?

Have they not been in the desert or on a mountain on a clear night? Now just what happened to that greenhouse blanket?
