Cutting edge high bandwith applications to BUSINESS customers! Your understanding of what WCOM is all about is right on. It appears that WCOM has the necessary componets to be accquired with the major drivers being the need for local access, IP backbone, and international capacity. WCOM would put AT&T right in the game.
