Cathi: you really need to due your due diligence on those articles. Just giving you a friendly shove.

Land may not be all that more attractive given the landlocked nature of aipn's area.

Also, lots of times potential reserves due in fact equal zero from a commerical point of view. This argument of carefully stating only what longs want--NEED--to hear is biased. Please go to yahoo's news list on oil sector and read the article where reserves had to be severely readjusted down.

Been hearing alot about oil "leaking" from plugged wells and and oil "oozing" from the ground. I've also heard that some of the wells the Soviet's drilled in this area gave zero commercial value. Remember, they dropped this site and moved off to oilier pastures.

But then everyone is wrong except aipn, right?
