varbusiness.com pg110, Oct 15, 1997. "Buoyed by improved support, IBM's RS/6000 scores rise" IBM has 24 presales support personnel for 6 partners. AQS is one of them, partners. They have a program of QuickShip fullfilment for partners which will guarantee AQS of certain amount of business of IBM RS/6000 each year. People in the channel assembly business now knows it will tap into the manufacturers' volume production and market. IBM also has simplified the product line to make them easier to sell. Looks like results will be good for AQS this year, especially if HP will do channel assembly, finally. Unisys still is a question mark?
