>> Nope. The domino theory and early concern started with Eisenhower

Why stop with Eisenhower?

The US, at Truman's behest, provided support for the French effort to overthrown Ho Chi Minh. Much of the French effort was financed by us.

If you're going to count conceptual support, why stop with Eisenhower? Truman's support was totally based on the Domino theory.

You were the one that put it "firmly on the shoulders of Kennedy and LBJ". Truman's support was based on our alliance with France who still controlled Indochina as one of its colonies when Truman was in office. It was Eisenhower who came up with the concept of the Domino theory. Why don't you read a book........you might learn something.
