3. Without young healthy people subsidising older and sick, premiums have to go up again, causing more people to be unable to afford their coverage and drop their coverage. This the best example of liberal good intentions gone wrong. You start with a "problem" a sick person unable to get coverage, you end up with 100x people without coverage... Read it again Joe.... "In the letter, America's Health Insurance Plans and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association say they are willing to "phase out the practice of varying premiums based on health status in the individual market" if all Americans are required to get coverage."
