Here's another link stolen fair and square from the IV board. It's the latest presentation on Ty by BIIB. My feeling is that we may have turned the corner. Looks like BIIB has had an attitude adjustment and is really starting to push, and that a much better handle on the risk of and treatment for PML is emerging. If all goes well, I think the 100 thousand target will still be met, altho a couple years late. There is no substitute for efficacy that is substantially higher than the competition, as long as the risk stays acceptable.
