Please, tell us all about it. One of the characteristics of the Iraq war was that State, which had a detailed plan of how to proceed, was completely shut out as Bush let the Rumsfeld military run the ENTIRE show. At that time, Condi was National Security Advisor, doing nothing.

Condi was a big a failure at Sec. State as Bush was at President.
