Riley hasn't told you the whole story here. I spoke with the same attorney Riley has. He told me the 4 million share certificate, on which your recent dividend distribution was based, is made out to PRTI.
Somehow, RMIL claims to be the rightful owner of those shares, and hence your dividend. This appears to be a disputed issue between RMIL and MVPH.
I'm not sure how it will turn out, but this is an important issue for all PRTI shareholders.
I'm not sure, after my conversation, that PRTI is in any business right now. It would appear they are looking to bring someone in, with a legitimate business. RMCW appears to have been a disappointment to PRTI. |
