George, Your recent GTR is quite high in its praise for WorldCom, while noting that Bernie Ebbers is positioning to become the JD Rockefeller of the new info era. Do you see any contradictions in this position? Is it consistent to be bearish on MSFT and bullish on WCOM? Do you expect his proposed acquisition of MCI to go smoothly through FTC, FCC, DOJ antitrust scrutiny? What did you think of his "data baron" approach to charging for peering? At 3x PE of long distance carriers, will WCOM be forgiving if there are any negative surprises? SC
