Thanks for saving me the trouble. And it told me to up my vitamin D. I happen to take 4000 units a day, which is plenty, but it didn't know that because it never asked. I've been reading more and more about the benefits of D. Live in Florida and make it a point to be in the sun a lot so not sure I need it. I heard the rec'ed dosage is 1000 units a day????
