Dear Mr. Federspil,
As a potential investor in NVID International, I have several pressing concerns and questions that require your immediate thought and attention.
Firstly, Diana Korpal is an R.N. and not a specialist in the field of Microbiology --- please stand corrected in your statement that she is "very intelligent within her field of Microbiology." This was VERY misleading. Furthermore, my understanding is that she has been educated as a two-year R.N. Two year R.N.'s are a dime a dozen, and are not being sought after for their great contributions, expertise, and great wisdom in the fields of Microbiology and Chemistry.
Secondly, It looks like you all have had yet another fast one pulled on you, in that you were informed via the last press release that there was a "patent pending" and now it's **switch-o ---> change-o** to: "it'll take about a year to get the patent worded right..." Excuses, excuses, excuses -- in my opinion, and just another way to string you all along so certain someones can hype the stock price up so they can cash out on their shares. This also nullifies the provisional patent nonsense that you were told, because provisional patents expire within one year, and it will well be over a years time when Mr Patent Attorney gets everything "worded" right.
(Your statements specifically: "The patent attorney is Mr. Freehoff (?spelling). He stated that there are at least 3 major patents being worked. Two are for formulas of AXEN, and the third is a process in ionization. The timeline for all to be complete is hoping to be within the year. The key issue for not having it done RIGHT NOW, is so that they are well written and are complete to protect the product.")
Thirdly, I'd love to see how NVID management spends their time while they are supposedly exhaustedly working their hard-working tails off. I envision them twiddling their thumbs and kicking back in their comfy offices while they "painfully wait" for the SEC litigation and the "testing" of Axen. Sheesh! What a way to make cushy living! They are not at a stage in development and production/manufacturing that requires or justifies the salaries being paid. They all could EASILY be part-timers, and recieve a part time salary. But then again -- those fancy formal high powered titles like "CEO" and "senior staff" sound intimidating and should require cushy salaries, right? (ha)
Fourthly, all of your post should fall under the "opinion" category, and not "fact" because premature blabbermouthing about wanna-be contracts and wanna-be expansion when "quiet period" preliminary groundwork hasn't even been done is poor business sense and poor business practice. Why don't they spare us the anticipatory pain of all these castles in the air until they have actually inked some bona fide verifiable deals?? We've heard this all before folks. Randy Federspil's comment that NVID is in "open talks" with Fortune 100 and Fortune 150 companies, is yet another example of the wishy washy, deceptive "play you all for dummies and fools" repetiore. Let me remind you all that in their press release they said that talks had been "completed." These people seem to need their memories jogged. NVID's press releases and the information relayed at their sales meetings are totally contradictory and wishy washy.
Maintain a healthy sense of skepticism and distrust, guys. I know this "selfishness" isn't considered virtuous by some people's standards -- but if you position yourself as a doormat for these people, you are sure to be stepped on.
Pleasant day all,
Cindy |
