So small oil producers are "oil barons" who we should have no concern for. Nor should we be concerned with the oil they produce and may stop producing.

Funny that one who claims to value energy independence as a goal would approve of forcing shut downs of domestically produced oil. That will inevitably increase our imports from abroad.
