Luis, you did say there is going to be a reverse split of 1:10 after the merger. This will put the price to around $2.5 per share (using today's closing price) and MAMO will received .40 of the total shares or new shares will be issued for the purchase of MAMO.
This revesed split will put the total shares outstanding to about 4.3 mil shares. If this is true the whole scenario is getting very interesting.

2. Will the new company be opening mammography testing sites whereas tests are conducted by them or they just plan to sell the equipments to hospitals and other institutions?

Thanks in advance for your reply.
