Unless there were some horrendous error by the examiners, I fail to see how qcom could violate the ITT patent '450 when that patent was cited in early Snaptrak, Qcom patents. If the qcom patents are embodied in the chips, there is little room to argue that there is some area outside of the qcom patents which could violate the ITT patent.
